Die Klassen 6 A von Frau Sellheyer und 6 B von Herrn Brüggestrath verbrachten im September 2011 gemeinsam eine Woche im Schullandheim in Müllenborn. Schülerin Emma Bachtiar hat die Erlebnisse auf Englisch beschrieben.
For our last school trip to Müllenborn we had to be in front of the school at 8:15. When we left it was already 9:00 o’clock.
When we arrived, the man who manages the house, took us in our rooms. We should make ourselves ready, because we were going to have a walk through the woods. It was nice because we saw nice things and we could have a nice chat with the other kids.
Afterwards when we came back, it was time for dinner, the food was great!
Then we could play with our friends or go to bed. At 10:00 o’clock everybody had to go to bed! We had to do the beds ourselves. The rooms were nice and tidy.
The next day there were two men. They showed us plants that can help us when we are sick and how to do a tent with sticks and lots of leaves. Then we had a little walk. When we came back we had a nice dinner. Then it was 10:00 o’clock, already!
The next day, we had a great breakfast. At 9:00 o’clock we went to Trier. There was a lady that showed us all the sights of Trier. After that we went shopping!!!
When we came back, we had as always dinner, had a bit time to play and then we had to go to bed.
The fourth day was great because we got a nice breakfast and then we went by bus to the Kasselburg. We saw lots of animals like sheep, ducks, wolves and vultures that flew 2 cm over our heads. And then we could get T-shirts and necklaces and much more. We came back, had dinner and then we had an evening called “Bunter Abend”. That was an evening where everybody could perform something. Then we could dance! After that it was bedtime!
The next day everybody had to take care of the bed and pack their things. Then we drove back home!
